It is the SANTA CLARA PUEBLO GAMING COMMISSION's prime responsibility to ensure the protection of the Tribe, its gaming facility assets, casino employees and patrons while ensuring the safe effective and fair practices of Gaming. This is achieved by ensuring all aspects, whether gaming related or not are free from criminal activity and corruptive elements. These responsibilities are promulgated by the Tribal Council through the Tribal Gaming Ordinance, IGRA and the Tribal-State Gaming Compact.
